Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience in designing modern web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about user-centered design and capable of translating complex business requirements into clean, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces. This role demands proficiency with modern design tools, a strong grasp of UX principles, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design for modern web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX skills across different platforms and devices.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools like Zeplin, InVision, or Figma Developer Mode.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows (not mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with mobile-first design and cross-platform design consistency.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology and working in product teams.
• Familiarity with user analytics, A/B testing, or accessibility guidelines.
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise web apps.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows to convey design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply feedback to iterate on designs.
• Ensure designs follow responsive, accessible, and platform-specific design standards (iOS/Android/Web).
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries.
• Communicate ideas clearly through presentations, design walkthroughs, and documentation.
